Daniel Lucas

Founder, CEO

Daniel is a technology executive with over 22 years building IT programs and leading M&A activities. Before leaving the corporate world to start THRDparty Advisors, he was leading IT at a global pharmaceutical firm made up of 55 acquired companies operating in 35 countries.

While he wasn’t developing and leading IT programs, Daniel sat on M&A deal teams where he successfully led technology due diligence, carveouts, and integrations on both buy and sell sides of transactions. Not impressed with the services provided by the big consulting firms, Daniel created his own comprehensive, repeatable M&A processes.

Today, he brings his experience in M&A and executive leadership to the private equity market. Daniel is passionate about advising PE firms and their portfolio companies through every investment stage and maximizing exit returns.

Daniel holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, is an active ISC2 member and CISSP, and has earned many technical certifications throughout his career.
