Daniel Lucas is the founder and Managing Director of THRDparty Advisors. He brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience. His background includes global M&A, the integration of large-scale rollups, TSA negotiation and executing separation for complex carve-outs, and IT leadership across organizations ranging from small businesses to global enterprises. At THRDparty, Daniel leads IT diligence for PE firms investing in the middle-market, connecting technology findings to the investment thesis, transaction considerations, and value creation plan. He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and is a CISSP and active ISC2 member.
